What is your return policy?
- We want you to be as happy with your product(s) as we are with sharing them. With that being said, your satisfaction is our number one priority! If your Kanio product is broken or damaged within 30 days after your delivery date, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will address your problem and/or send you a replacement. Be ready to give us your order number as well as picture(s) of your broken Kanio.
- What about refunds? At this time, we do not offer refunds on Kanio Accessories. If your Kanio is broken and you wish for a refund, our current policy does not allow this. However, we would be more than happen to send you a replacement!
What is your standard shipping time? How long will it take to receive more order? What carrier do you use?
- U.S. Shipping - We want you to receive your order as soon as possible! So after we have received your order and payment, if the item is in stock, we will ship out your Kanio bracelet the same day you order or up to 2 days for processing. You should then receive your item within 2-6 business days. You will receive email updates and a tracking code about your order as well :)
- International Shipping - Please allow 1-3 days for processing. Your package should then arrive in 7-15 days.
- We ship using USPS.
